Labneh with Toasted Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Labneh (good quality)
Olive oil
Za'atar seasoning
Dill and mint
4-6 slices of Sourdough bread, toasted
Instructions:
Spread the labneh on a serving plate or shallow bowl.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, letting it pool slightly in the center.
Sprinkle the za'atar evenly over the labneh. Top with the chopped mint and dill. Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
Toast the Sourdough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or use a grill pan over medium heat.
Brush the sourdough slices lightly with olive oil on both sides.
Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, or grill for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Enjoy by spreading the labneh onto the toast, or simply dip the toast into the labneh mixture.
