Crudité Platter | The Food Dragon Game Day Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables:

    • Carrots

    • 2 Baby cucumbers

    • Radish

    • Endive

    • White asparagus

    • Asparagus

    • Green beans

    • Beets


Instructions:


  1. Boil and blanch the carrots, cauliflower and snap peas in ice water. Lay them on a paper towel to dry. Blanching helps to take some of the bite out of the vegetable and also makes them easier to digest.

  2. On a large, flat platter arrange the vegetables making sure no same color is next to each other.

  3. Serve with freshly made dips.
