
Ingredients:
1 can organic chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika, plus more for serving
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ice water, 3-4 ice cubes included
Optional Toppings: white sesame seeds, herbs, sliced olives
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, adding addition water until desired consistency is reached.
Store in refrigerator or serve immediately with additional olive oil and paprika
