Sourdough Toast with Cottage Cheese Eggs & Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients
1 slice of sourdough, toasted
¼ - ½ cup cottage cheese
Sliced tomato
Chives, finely chopped
Dill
Microgreens
Flaky salt
Good quality olive oil
Instructions:
To a slice of toasted sourdough, add sliced tomato. Add cottage cheese then sliced tomatoes
Top with flaky sea salt, chives, dill, microgreens and good olive oil.
